Where do I sign the eBay Billing Agreement? I can`t find it. It`s also possible (and quite convenient) to do postage in PayPal outside of an eBay/PayPal invoice transaction – requires a special URL that`s best stored in your bookmarks/shortcuts – a Google finds the US version of the URL for you, and it`s not too hard to know what the UK version should be. When you use the « Print Label » feature for the first time, there is an option to configure the billing agreement so that postage can be set automatically to PayPal. The eBay page above says it`s possible, but not HOW YOU DO IT. It says cancel. You can change your PayPal funding source for eBay fees at any time. The only change is to change the funding source (you can use another funding source for shipping vs. eBay compared to any other pre-approved payment, although PayPal funds are still used in the credit, if available or partially available). It is buried on the page « BUY AND PRINT USPS PORTO ». All you need to do is log in on your desktop or laptop on ebay, go to « SELL » and click the button to print a shipping label for the item in question. Once you`ve got there, look under the « BUY PORTO » button. I think PayPal tinkers with his trials. I have to pay every time I print a label.
I`ve had a billing agreement that`s been valid for years and this one is just getting started. PayPal does some beta testing with shipping, the « new » doesn`t like it, it`s default to usps priority and doesn`t have any pfre or regional rate options….
